Marshall's is a great place to shop at. I love how affordable the kitchen supplies are. It's a nice surprise when top brand names are right in front of you, and you don't have to spend hundreds on it.
The store was extremely disorganized and rather empty. On a good note, if you had the time to search through every department, you can find great deals. I found a great bra stuck in housewares.

Explain to me how they don’t have a better system. I asked for a white Calvin Klein bag and they had to hold it up front. She said they’d put my name on it. Then I got up to pay and they sold it to someone else?? Like are you kidding me? Then they just stood there no apologizes or solutions. What a disappointment I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. I was in the store for less then 30 minutes.
My Marshalls is the Blaine location. Moved with them from their old location to their new location, and I absolutely love them. This Maple Grove location is closer to work, so I stop in occasionally. I have always completed returns without receipts after 30 days, and gotten store credit at the Blaine location with no hassles.
I brought a dress in to this location, and the manager said (not kidding!) "I've never seen our tag with a black plastic string before". I was in a ridiculously good mood that day, and only realized after I left the store that she was insinuating I had somehow fraudulently attached the tag to the dress. Please, see the attached images for the tag. I smiled through the ridiculousness, and left the store. What a joke!
Very impressed by the store and by the staff. We found more than we thought we would. It is worth stopping there!
Marshall’s useto have so many options when it came to decor pieces, clothing and home essentials but it’s quite empty most of the time at this location but I can always find something amazing ! I love the employees that work there but it was a female by the name of Sam who worked at the register that was rude, she did not say hi or goodbye or anything at all I felt so uncomfortable which I never feel when I come here
Specifically went for a blouse and blazer, and a small suitcase. I did get all three but there were not many options. Only about 20 suitcases total to choose from. Many sections were pretty empty.
